Once you have established the connection, a NERDS technical support engineer will establish a remote connection to your computer to share control of your keyboard and mouse in less than 20 seconds to begin the troubleshooting process. We have a demonstration page of screenshots followed with step-by-step instructions showing how the remote support process is like.

Completely Secure with Privacy in Mind
All remote connections that are initiated by you works through home and corporate firewalls. What's also convenient is that there are no pre-installed software needed for using our remote support connection application.

Furthermore, our remote support connection application allows you to see everything that we do right before your eyes on your computer and you can disconnect the remote control session at anytime you like. Our rates are $25 per quarter hour, payable by credit card (VISA, MasterCard, Discover). There are no charge for the remote support service if we determine that your problem cannot be handled remotely.
